Michael Costa - Former Professional Fighter and UFC Coach

Is a former professional fighter . Michael has been a coach 4 times on reality tv show The Ultimate Fighter during the @wandfc , Frank Edgar, Werdum and Shogun Editions. He has a black belt in Muay Thai under the lineage of Rafael Cordeiro. Coach Costa also has a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and his specialties are Muay Thai, MMA and Athletic Performance💪

Joshua Quinlan - UFC Fighter

Is a professional fighter in the UFC. Joshua has been training since 2012 at Milestone Martial Arts formerly known as Wand Fight Team. He was able to recieve a black belt in muay thai under michael costa and a black belt in juijitsu under Leandro Lorenco. He continues to study under both coaches and is training full time as a professional martial artists at the moment.
